Information about Pre-orders

We want to give you the option to pre-order products that are new and or in high demand.

Currently you can place your pre-order for Gachiakuta keychains and stickers between March 21st and the 30th of March 2026.

What are pre-orders?

Pre-orders or pre-ordering is opting to buy an item before it's released in the store. This way you can guarantee that you'll get the item(s) that you want. 

You can pre-order till the deadline is reached. After this deadline, we manufacture or let the items be manufactured. This can take up to 4 to 6 weeks after the deadline until your pre-order is shipped, depending on processing speed, like packaging and logistics.

Once your order is sent out, you will receive an automated email confirming that your order has been sent.

What is the deadline?

For the current pre-order products, Gachiakuta stickers and keychains, you can pre-order between March 21st and the 30th of March 2026.

When can I expect my order?

After the deadline, the 30th of March 2026, it can take up to 4-6 weeks before your order is shipped. This range would fall between the 27th of April and 11th of May 2026.

Once your order is sent out, you will receive an automated email confirming that your order has been sent.

Depending on your country and or address, it can take between 1-4 weeks (or longer) for your order to be delivered. Please don't hesitate to contact us with any questions regarding your pre-order.

How does pre-ordering work?

You select your item(s) that are labeled [PRE-ORDER] in their title and/or product description.

Then you proceed to the check out and pay for your order.

Can I cancel my pre-order?

If you have changed your mind before the deadline you can cancel the order by filling out a contact form or via email.

Please add your order number and name in the mail or contact form.

Note that your payment will be refunded to your original payment method in the week of our response.

 

If you have changed your mind after the deadline, after confirmation of shipment or after delivery you can contact us via contact form or email and if all conditions are met, we will start the return process.
