Return policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. This applies for EU customers. We do not accept returns for orders delivered outside the European Union.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@metalicbunnyarts.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll give you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused or unworn , with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns for EU Customers
We accept returns for orders delivered within the European Union, in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or a mistake was made on Metalic Bunny arts part.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee a receipt of your returned item without tracking.
Refunds will include the purchase price and the original shipping cost (if applicable).
Returns for Non-EU Customers
We do not accept returns for orders delivered outside the European Union.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@metalicbunnyarts.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you with a resolution.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Non-returnable items include printable products, personalized products, and sale items/exchanged items, unless defective. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Cancelations
If your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it by emailing your order number to info@metalicbunnyarts.com. If the order has shipped, you may deny the package upon delivery or return it within 14 days. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
