Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping, excluding Dutch sanctioned countries such as North Korea, Sudan, Syria, Iran, Russia, Cuba and occupied parts of Ukraine by Russia.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Metalic Bunny Arts is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Lost or delayed items

Once shipped we are no longer responsible for the package. We are not responsible for lost shipments or any delays that may occur. Please contact us and we will go through postal service insurance for reimbursement, which will take time to process.
