Chibi commissions
Want a chibi drawing of yourself, your partner, bestfriend, with your party, your OC or your favourite character? Get a chibi commission and surprise a loved one, journal your most precious memories or decorate any surface!
Each commission is created especially for you based on the reference photos and information you provide.
Your commission includes:
- One custom chibi illustration of your selected number of characters (1, 2 or 3)
- One pose selected from the available pose options
- A high-quality digital file of the finished artwork of 350DPI (700px by 1050px)
- Your selected printed copies on zinc photo paper (5 x 7.5 cm) if you have selected this option.
If you would like multiple drawings, please order multiple commissions.
Please read the stages of the process below.
For commercial commissions or any others please contact us before placing the order.
Stages of the process
1. Place your order
After your order has been placed, you can send your reference photos and any additional information for your commission to info@metalicbunnyarts.com with your order number in the subject line.
If anything is unclear, I may contact you within 3 business days for clarification. To avoid delays, please respond within 7 days.
2. Sketch stage
Once all required references and information is received, I will provide a sketch within approximately 5 business days.
At this stage you may request up to 2 revisions.
Additional revisions beyond the included 2 revisions may be available at my discretion and may incur an additional fee starting from €5, depending on the complexity of the requested changes.
The selected pose serves as the basis of the commission. Minor adjustments may be possible during the sketch stage, but major changes to the pose, composition, or concept may require a new commission.
3. Final artwork
Once the sketch has been approved, I will begin working on the final artwork.
Please make sure you are happy with the sketch before approving it, as no further revisions or design changes can be requested after approval.
Approval of the sketch confirms that the composition, pose, and overall design meet your expectations.
This does not affect corrections required to fix errors that do not match the approved sketch or agreed commission brief.
4. Delivery
When the commission is completed, you will receive:
- The digital artwork file without watermark; and, if ordered,
- The printed copies shipped to the address provided during checkout
Customer Communication
To complete your commission, I may require additional information, approvals, or feedback during the process.
If I contact you regarding your commission, please respond within 7 days to avoid delays.
If I do not receive a response within 14 days, the commission may be placed on hold until communication resumes.
If no response is received within 30 days of my most recent attempt to contact you, the commission may be considered abandoned and cancelled. In such cases, any refund will be at my discretion and may be reduced to reflect work already completed and time already invested in the commission.
If you require more time, please contact me as soon as possible and I will do my best to accommodate reasonable requests.
Cancellations & Refunds
Each commission is made specifically for the customer and is considered a personalised product.
You may request a cancellation before work on the commission has started.
Once work has started, any refund may be reduced to reflect the work already completed and time already invested in the commission. The following refund schedule will normally apply:
- Before work begins: 100% refund
- Sketch stage in progress: 50% refund
- Sketch approved: 25% refund
- Final artwork in progress: No refund
- Final artwork completed: No refund
Approval of the sketch confirms that the composition, pose and overall design meet your expectations.
If there is a problem with your order or the final artwork differs significantly from the approved sketch, please contact me so we can find a suitable solution.
Reference Photos & Privacy
Please only submit photos that you own or have permission to use for your commission.
Reference photos will only be used to create your commission and will not be shared with third parties.
Photos will be deleted after completion of the commission unless they need to be retained for legal or administrative purposes.
