Hey, Hi, Hello! I’m starting this “Hey, Hi, Hello” blog to update you with what I’ve been working on lately for the shop. This can range from paintings, illustrations or ideas for new products. The idea is to post weekly unless stated otherwise.
This week I’ve been working on a new set of illustrations that complement the 7 deadly sins series, the 7 heavenly virtues.
So far we have generosity, kindness and diligence.
The colours I chose for them are complementary to their corresponding Sin and use analogous colours (colours in the same families to me) for the illustration itself. Furthermore I wanted to make the designs similar yet different to the Sins. So no face markings, horns or jewellery but they do have body modifications and have a more pearlescent tone added to their skin tone/hue.
I also wanted the hands to be different and chose to not add visible nails and reversed the colours. The accent colour on the main body is the main colour for the hands, and so forth.

The idea is to make key chains and transparent background stickers with them, just like their predecessors.
