Hey, Hi, Hello! This week I’ve worked on and finished temperance and humility, the corresponding Virtues to gluttony and pride respectively.
Like last time I tried to go for the complementary colours of the Sins but leaned more to the “side” if you will. Gluttony is primarily yellows and oranges, temperance’s main colour is blue which is complementary to orange, yet their accent colour is a bright magenta. For temperance instead of a pearlescent shimmer I went with neon sign, bold yet not too strong on the eyes... at least not for me.
I did try to bring the pearlescent back with humility, yet used a quite saturated blue. I’m biased to blue it’s my favourite colour. I did not use the complementary colour of purple/magenta of pride for humility…instead of yellows I went for greens and blues, which is...you guessed it...an analogous colour scheme.
What do you think about the colours I used for them?
