Return policy
Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may:
- Submit a withdrawal request using our online withdrawal form (click hyperlink or check website footer); or
- Contact us at info@metalicbunnyarts.com with your order details and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.
Once we receive your withdrawal request, we will confirm receipt without undue delay.
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you have an additional 14 days to return the item.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in the condition in which it was received, together with any accessories, documentation, tags, and original packaging where reasonably possible.
You may inspect and handle the product as you would in a physical store to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning. However, if the item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary for such inspection, we may deduct from the refund any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

If your return request is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
We kindly ask customers to contact us before returning items so we can provide return instructions.
Returns for EU Customers
We accept returns for orders delivered within the European Union in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service. We cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Upon receiving your withdrawal request, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the original standard delivery costs where required by applicable law.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
Non-EU Orders
For orders delivered outside the European Union, returns are only accepted in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@metalicbunnyarts.com or via contact form and include photographs of both the item and the packaging.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they are defective or legally required to be accepted:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Digital downloads and printable products once delivered
- Gift cards
- Sale items marked as non-returnable where permitted by law
- Perishable goods
- Sealed personal care products that have been opened after delivery
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled free of charge before shipment.
To cancel an order, email info@metalicbunnyarts.com with your order number.
If the order has already shipped, EU customers may exercise their right of withdrawal as described above.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
