We ask you to provide us with reference pictures (also clothing reference if the preferred outfit is different from the reference).
We ask you for any remarks or request regarding the commission. For example: " Please add stars in the background." In case of multiple people please add who will be in which number. For example: " Anne will be 1 and Bea will be 2."

The commission consist of a digital file of 350 DPI and a canvas of 700x1050 px.
You can request a transparent background aswell.

As each commission is created individually, slight variations in colour, composition, style, or detail may occur. Colours may also appear differently depending on screen settings and device displays.
Digital Delivery
Digital commissions are delivered electronically to the email address or platform provided during checkout.
Delivery times vary depending on the complexity of the artwork and current workload. Any estimated completion times are provided for guidance only.
Returns & Cancellations
Personalised digital commissions are custom-made to your specifications and cannot be returned or refunded once work has begun or the completed artwork has been delivered.
You may request a cancellation before work begins. Once work has started, cancellations may not be possible, as time and labour have already been invested in creating the artwork.
If the delivered artwork is significantly different from the agreed commission details, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can review the issue and, where appropriate, offer corrections or another suitable resolution.
Refunds are not available for:
- Change of mind
- Preference-based artistic decisions that fall within the agreed commission brief
- Minor variations in colour caused by screen settings or device displays
Refunds or replacements may be offered where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
