Information about pick up orders
We want to give you the option to guarantee your products and have the option to pick it up at a convention we both are attending.

Currently you can place your pick up order for Heroes Made in Asia 2026, hosted at Jaarbeurs Utrecht on March 21st and 22nd.
We are at table AA014.
How do pick up orders work?
You select your item(s) and at the check out insert de coupon code 'HMIA2026'. This will negate the shipping costs. In the remarks section of the order you'll notify us which day you will pick up your order. For example; Saturday.
Then you proceed to pay for your order.
At the event you you can pick up your order at the table Metalic Bunny is at. In this case at HMIA we are at table AA014.
When can I pick my order up?
You can pick up your order at the given day on your order confirmation when you checked out and paid for your order. You can pick up your order till 3PM on the given day.
So if you have written Saturday as your pick up date, you can pick it up till 3pm on Saturday.
What happens if I don't pick up my order on time?
If the order is not picked up on time without notice, or at all, the order will be cancelled and the payment will be refunded in the week after the event. So for HMIA, you can expect a refund between the 23rd and 30th of March, depending on your original payment method and/or bank.
How and where can I notify you if anything happens?
You can notify us via email, social media, text or in person at the convention.
Please add your name and order number in the mail, DM or text.
Please note that via text is faster. Your number will not be saved.
As we are at the convention we cannot reply immediately, but we'll do our best to reply as soon as possible.

How do I pick up my order?
Locate us at HMIA at table AA014 in the Artist Alley on either Saturday or Sunday. Notify us that you are here to pick up an order and give the order number and name. We will then collect your order and give it to you. Later in the day you will received an automated email that will notify you that the order has been sent. In this case that your order has been handed over to you.
What products can I order for pick up?
All non-sold out items within the webshop are available for pick up orders, unless stated otherwise in the product description.
Why is there no volume sale or 'korting'?
By opting for a pick up order you are guaranteeing your items as they will likely be in stock. During the convention it is not guaranteed you will be able to get the items you want.
Even if the items might still be available, any discounts at the convention do not apply for pick up orders.
Can I cancel my pick up order?
Of course!
If you have changed your mind you can cancel the order by giving us your name and order number.
Please notify us by email, social media, text or in person at the convention. Note that your payment will be refunded to your original payment method. We will NOT be refunding your purchase in cash.
